I’m a UX researcher and strategist currently completing my Master’s in Human-Computer Interaction and Design at the University of Washington. Before that, I spent nearly a decade in tech and healthcare leading client partnerships — experience that now shapes how I approach research: with clarity, context, and an eye toward outcomes.

Over the past five years, I’ve worked across startups, nonprofits, and small businesses as a researcher and strategist. In January 2025 I founded UpperStudio, a consultancy helping mission-driven teams turn insights into confident product decisions.

I specialize in identifying true user needs, aligning stakeholders around shared goals, and translating complex problems into clear, testable solutions. Whether it’s a zero-to-one product or a redesign at scale, I bring curiosity, structure, and a collaborative mindset to every engagement.

Outside of work, you’ll find me hiking in the PNW, practicing ASL, tinkering with my hands, or baking bread.
